Josh Myers is a personal injury attorney licensed to handle cases throughout Missouri and Illinois.  Based out of St. Louis, Missouri, his practice is exclusively focused on plaintiff’s personal injury and worker’s compensation cases.  He attended law school at Washington University, one of the nation’s premier law schools.  Yet, he wasn’t just another face in the crowd.  While there, he was named as the Myron Gollub Scholar.  He also graduated at the top 1/3 of his class thereby garnering an invitation to join Who’s Who Among America’s Law Students.  However, Josh knew early on that his passion was trial work.  Thus, throughout law school, he focused his studies on litigation skills.  In fact, during this third year, he was invited to join Washington University’s nationally renowned mock trial team coached by St. Louis City Circuit Court Judge, David Mason.  During graduation ceremonies, he was honored with an induction into the Order of the Barristers due to his outstanding trial skills.

He has consistently refused to represent the insurance companies.  Rather, he has – and always will - represent injured individuals.  During his career, he has become a member of numerous organizations dedicated to protecting individuals including the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the American Association for Justice, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Missouri Bar and the Illinois Bar.  Josh has represented people with all degrees of injury from soft-tissue injuries to catastrophic brain injury.  He is an experienced trial lawyer trying various types of jury cases and worker’s compensation cases.
