injury law, we do not have complicated billing structures and we do not bill you by the hour. Our fees are contingent upon your recovery, meaning we do not get paid unless you do. We charge a percentage of the final recovery. You do not have to worry about trying to pay us as the case is progressing. Additionally, you can be sure we are doing everything to maximize the value of the case because we are working for our own fees as well.
Usually, our fees are:
- All Personal Injury - 33 1/3% to 40%
- Missouri Worker's Compensation - 25%
- Illinois Worker's Compensation - 20%
Also, we pay all of the expenses (medical records, expert fees, depositions, etc.) along the way. These will be reimbursed to us from the final settlement.
