Our Avandia Lawyers Approach To Cases
Quite frankly, we find it very upsetting that the FDA did not recall this drug, which seems to be undoubtedly dangerous. But if the FDA will not protect the public, we will. GlaxoKlineSmith first marketed Avandia in 1999, but they did not first warn the public about the serious side-effects and possibility of heart attack until 2005. In fact, the FDA's own analysis concludes that over 100,000 heart attacks could have been caused by Avandia since its release. Our Avandia heart attack lawyers work with several other local law firms on these cases. We have teamed up so that we can fight these cases nationwide.
